Pre-order & refund policy

Zaturn Society sells limited drops on a pre-order basis. Your order is charged at checkout and produced after the pre-order closes.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the pre-order closes. To cancel, email us at joxmanagementt@gmail.com with your order number.

After the pre-order closes

Once the pre-order closes, production starts and orders can no longer be cancelled.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at joxmanagementt@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will replace it or refund you.

Sizing

Please check the size guide before ordering. Because quantities are limited, size exchanges are not guaranteed.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
